Drinks
Our selection of drinks is hand picked with whole lot of love, so rest assured you are in safe hands. Our main aim is not to get you drinking more, but better. Understanding what we consume is now de rigueur with the way we eat, and yet we drink badly made spirits in poorly made drinks with abandon. We believe its time for a rethink!

Cocktails
We are first and foremost a cocktail bar. Our bartenders are
award-winning and we have received some great reviews of our drinks.
Whether you're after Bond's Vesper Martini, a Rye Sazerac or a Blood
& Sand, we'll be very happy to oblige. We also have a collection of
cocktail books going back to 1890 if you want to order something
off-menu.
Wine
Situated below the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, we have no excuse
for not having a great selection. We have around 150 wines, including
an interesting selection of champagnes and fortified wines. A regularly
changing selection of single cases and bin ends is also available in
our reserve list, which includes some of the world's finest wines.
Beer
Our tap beers are from the Meantime Brewery in Greenwich. They're local
and great. The Meantime web site is available through the links page
for the full story, but the short of it is that they make classic beers
without cutting any corners. We have three of their beers at any one
time, usually the Helles (light lager), London Pale Ale and a third
that changes regularly. We also have a selection of the world's best
bottled beers.
Spirits
The Hide was the winner of the Publican Spirit Bar of the Year 2009. We
have one of the best selections of spirits of any bar in the world.
From rum to rye, mezcal to Armagnac, our back bar offers more than 500
spirits from all categories, including many rare, special and delicious
things. We are particularly proud of our house pours, all chosen
because we think they're great and we only want you to drink nice stuff.
Coffee
Organic milk from Neal's Yard Dairy and organic beans from the Monmouth
Coffee Company in Borough Market to drink in or take away.
Soft
drinks
Fresh fruit juices and a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails.
